Science Café: “Chemistry of Chocolate” at Araya Artisan Chocolate

We learned all about cocoa history, types of cocoa trees, fermentation and roasting steps, types of cocoa used in the chocolate industry and truffles making using the French and the Belgian methods. Thank you Mr. Zullian!
